Hunger Games Fanfiction Recommendations

DISCLAIMER: I have read all these fanfictions myself. I am very particular about the stories I read and I only read things that are

1. Gramatically correct
2. Have a good plot
3. Great characterization
4. IN CANON (so if you are looking for Katniss/Effie lesbian crackfics you won’t find them here)

Those are my rules for good fanfiction. Some of these are stories, series, or one shots. It would be nice if you followed me but you don’t have to to use this list. Enjoy!

First things first, you need to decide what kind of story you’re in the mood for.

in which you felt that Suzanne Collins wrapped up Mockingjay a little too quickly and you want to know what happens in between the last chapter and the epilogue aka you are a little perv and wantto read about Katniss and Peeta’s first time.

in which Katniss and Peeta have sex and procreate. 

in which Alexis breaks rule number four but it’s okay because Katniss and Peeta are still together but they do OOC things and it’s funny and if you have been lurking too long in the Mockingjay fics, you might want to read these stories so you can smile again. 

in which people take our beloved characters and put them in different situations.
